Location:
Port Melbourne
The Role:
The successful candidate will be supporting multiple networks in and around Melbourne, and taking active/leading roles in project work. You will have at least five years experience in similar outsourcing roles. This role will suit a highly motivated person who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment that requires you to be a cut above the rest. Specialised industry training will be provided to the right person.
Customer service skills are paramount.
The Person:
In order to be the successful candidate:
- Network support (Windows 2000 & windows 2003 servers)
- Microsoft Exchange
- Active Directory
- Firewalls and switches
- DSL services including VPNs
- Desktop support
- MCSE in Win 2003 or W2K
Desirable attributes are:
- Any other relevant industry qualifications CLP, CCNA etc
- Experience with any of the following; Lotus Notes, Cisco, Juniper, Linux
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Own transport is essential and you will be reimbursed for all travel costs.
