Alan Chapman - CEO   Alan Chapman – Managing Director

Alan founded TLC IT Group (as Total LAN Care) with the objective of building an IT support company to provide clients with the highest level of service possible. Having over 11 years managerial experience, his IT career started with the Department of Defence where he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer. Alan has maintained his technical skills, holding several industry certifications from Microsoft and Juniper, as well as being a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

     
Jan Chapman   Jan Chapman - Technical Director

Jan commenced with TLC IT in 2003 after working for LogicaCMG. Jan has a vast level of experience in IT project management and systemised service delivery. Jan has a Master’s Degree in Networking and Systems Administration, is a certified ISO/IEC 2000 Consultant, a certified Prince2 Project Manager, holds the ITIL Foundation Certificate and, technically, is an MCSE, CNA, CLP and JNCIA.
     
Craig Boyle   Craig Boyle - Director Sales & Marketing

Craig has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. He joined TLC IT’s team in 2006 as Director Sales & Marketing. Craig is responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategies and managing all sales channels and our business development executives.
     
Garth Fountain-Smith   Garth Fountain-Smith – Retained Legal Counsel

TLC IT Group retains the law firm Fountain-Smith, Lawyers and Governance to provide legal, governance, compliance and risk management advice. Its principal, Garth Fountain-Smith previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of TLC IT Group before commencing his own legal and governance practice. Garth’s knowledge of TLC IT’s client service charter in IT business continuity is reflected in his legal and strategic advice that delivers value creation for the client.

Garth is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with the leading edge institution in Governance, Chartered Secretaries Australia
     
Garth Fountain-Smith   Roy Edward – Chief Financial Officer

Roy is a Senior Management Executive with extensive local and international experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain logistics, communications and banking industries. Prior to joining the TLC IT Group as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Roy held Senior Management roles within multinational corporations including KPMG and Philips Electronics Australia, before establishing his own consultancy firm which specialised in business transformation projects. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, a former founding Executive Director and certified member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia and is currently reading for his research Masters in Business.
