That’s why we provide clients with a set cost for service level agreements (SLA), before we commence work. No matter how long it takes to meet our SLAs, the fixed cost stays the same.

Our outcome based pricing model has three levels of service
As a standard across all service levels, we maintain a three-minute or less response time for 97% of calls to our service desk.

First class
Response to critical issues within one hour, monthly in-person meetings with business manager, 24x7 support and real time network monitoring, daily backup and maintenance.

Business class
Two-hour response to critical issues, monthly account management meetings, support during business hours, real-time monitoring, monthly backup and weekly maintenance

Economy class
Critical response within four hours, quarterly account management meetings, support during business hours and monthly maintenance.
